Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering, or enrolling in any course or program offered by Obsession Skill & Mentorship College (“the College”), you (“User”) expressly agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms govern your use of the College’s website, online platforms, physical or digital courses, educational materials, mentorship programs, and all related services (collectively, “Services”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, enrolling, or using any Services, the User acknowledges and agrees that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. Any use of the Services constitutes explicit agreement to be legally bound, including all disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnifications set forth herein.

2. Eligibility

Users represent and warrant that they are of sufficient legal age, capacity, and authority to enter into these Terms. Minors may only enroll with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who will assume full responsibility for compliance with these Terms.

3. No Refund Policy

All payments made to the College for Services are strictly non-refundable, in whole or in part, under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Inability to attend classes
• Dissatisfaction with course content
• Technical difficulties beyond the College’s control

The User acknowledges and agrees that all fees paid are fully earned upon payment and that no claim for reimbursement shall be entertained.

4. Use of Services

Users shall use the Services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The User shall not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from course materials
• Misrepresent their affiliation with the College
• Engage in any activity that could harm the College’s reputation, systems, or operations

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, logos, trademarks, course modules, videos, and resources provided by the College are the exclusive property of Obsession Skill & Mentorship College and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial license to access and use the content for personal educational purposes only.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Obsession Skill & Mentorship College, its owners, employees, instructors, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services, including but not limited to:

• Personal injury or property damage
• Loss of income, revenue, or business opportunity
• Technical malfunctions or interruptions
• Third-party actions or disputes

The User expressly waives any right to bring claims, lawsuits, or legal actions against the College for any reason related to the Services.

7. Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Obsession Skill & Mentorship College and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Violation of these Terms
• Use or misuse of the Services
• Any acts, omissions, or misconduct by the User

8. Termination

The College reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, terminate, or deny access to Services for Users who breach these Terms or engage in conduct deemed inappropriate, harmful, or illegal. Termination does not relieve the User of any payment obligations or liabilities incurred prior to termination.

9. Dispute Resolution

All disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively under the jurisdiction of the laws of Nigeria. The User agrees that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts within Nigeria, and the User hereby consents to such jurisdiction.

10. Modifications to Terms

The College reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and Obsession Skill & Mentorship College regarding the use of Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.

By enrolling or using any Services provided by Obsession Skill & Mentorship College, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the provisions above, including the no refund policy and limitations of liability.
